The only champion design League of Legends is missing

The Techno Badass

So far this seems to be the only lacking champion design in League. Most champions are either extremely smart or pretty stupid when it comes to their technology. We don't have the kind of person using their knowledge to make themselves more capable but to enable themselves to be heros.

What I'm asking for is a technologically advance champion who isn't defined by their technology but their skills with it. Any champion can turn a watch and use Ekko's time travel, anyone can pick up the Mercury Hammer or Vi's fist and anyone can use Heimer's turrets.

A highly skilled techno warrior isn't available in League of Legends unless you count skins, which we aren't here.

I'm mostly asking for a champion who isn't defined by what they are or what they have but the skill they have with their technology. Similar to Fiora and Jax but with jet packs and rockets.

A technologically adept champion who uses skill to win the day instead of overwhelming someone with lasers, flame throwers or time travel.
