No offence but if people don't know this type of basic information then I feel bad for your level of game knowledge.
He isn't a Vampire, he's a bloodmage/blood bender/blood controler kinda guy who got his powers with REALLY hard work and by literally absorbing his teacher(which was his final challenge).
This is legit the most random mash-up of champs. But the skins look fun.

If Vladimir were a vampire, he'd be exclusively playable in the Twisted Treeline - Summoner's Rift, Howling Abyss, Crystal Scar, and Butcher's Bridge take place in the daytime, and a vampire would burn up. I've tried - in vain - to explain this to other people, but Vladimir is not a vampire, he is a Hemomancer - a mage that specializes in the manipulation of blood.
