Losing Control of Champion

Once a game I will lose control of my character it has happened every game I've played today. When I lose control my ping jumps from 25/30 to 60ish but the 60 ping wouldn't cause lag like this as that was my ping before server swap. There is also no noticeable repetitions of anything that could cause this.
