Skin Select Voice Lines

It would be cool if ultimate and legendary skins play a voice line select them. Once the 30 seconds in champion select left (10 in blind pick) a voice line plays for the skin. Maybe not only for legendary and ultimate skins maybe a few other skins like Baker Pantheon where he could say his joke.
