Skin Select Voice Lines

Been thinking about this since riot revealed champion skin splash arts are going to be in-game. When champ select ends and enters that 30 seconds where you can fix your runes and masteries (10 in blind), the champ will something related to that skin. Not every skin will have a voice line. But for those who do like he could say his joke when you choose baker pantheon. This would be nice for ultimate and legendary skins too.
