[Champion Kit] Blind Sniper

The idea behind this kit is to create a champion that naturally allows a person that isn't particularly familiar with the Marksman role to play effectively when forced to do so, regardless of their base skill level.

To achieve this, the abilities of the character are highly reliant on a nearby ally to dictate who and when the pair engages, offering several bonuses to the Blind Marksman when cooperating with them.

Some consideration is also being made to allow the character to be played as a support in a double Marksman lane.

Base attack range is 500 [Passive] Call my shots - Allied champion and turret basic attacks mark nearby enemies(champions and minions) with Shot Calling de-buff briefly. The Blind Sniper gains an additional 100 attack range against targets with Shot Calling.

[Q Ability] Making it count - Target an enemy marked with Shot Calling within 800 range. Launches a fast moving projectile that travels up to 1200 range in a straight line towards the initial target location and pierces enemies, dealing reduced damage for each enemy damaged along it's path.

[W Ability] Return fire - Gain a stack of Return Fire whenever you are damaged by an enemy champion or an epic monster, up to a set amount, for a limited duration. Upon activation, deal damage proportionate to the number of stacks to all enemies in a cone targeting the direction of the most recent attack that granted a stack of Return Fire. Requires at least one stack to activate.

[E Ability] Back to back - Jumps towards a nearby ally, shielding both characters for a percentage of their combined HP. [E Passive] Lead the way - Moving towards an ally that recently applied a Shot Call to an enemy champion provides a movement speed bonus.

[Ultimate Ability] Guide my hand - Select a single ally within sight range and begin channeling. While channeling, the chosen ally gains increased attack speed and each of their attacks will be immediately followed with a basic attack made by the Blind Sniper(these attacks ignore range restrictions), until the duration expires or a certain number of attacks is made.

isn't that basically ashe's purpose? And making a champion basically to try to give people an out when they get autofilled sounds like a terrible idea. Just learn to play the role.

Q sounds like a weird mix of caitlyn and varus Q W sounds like it would be almost impossible to balance E active sounds like braum W, E passive sounds like a reverse version of janna's passive. Either way it doesn't belong on an adc. The ult doesn't sound like it belongs on an ADC either.

I'm imaging using this ultimate on an Olaf, who then ults and literally just runs through their team to someone, then you both start auto'ing them to death. This sounds like an awesome concept, considering i don't play ADC and this would help just like you described.

The only problem i can see emerging is how well a high elo duo bot could destroy with this once practiced enough.

Great kit and sounds fun to play. The one problem I have is his W. You can't really put a scaling based on instances of damage taken on an ADC, as they are prone to be blown appart in 2-5 hits, making the ability borderline useless if it isn't overpowered.
