well ok that would make riot lose money; however, if they could be nice people then it could possibly exist. The only way I bet this could exist though is for it to be more expensive like maybe 10000. Then I could understand them putting it in possibly for those people who have played this game for years and have played this game enough to take advantage of that very high price tag. It would honestly make me play more if they did that.

I've only just seen this cos I was talking to a friend of mine last night about it..

I know there's the random champ shards which are great cos you can essentially get a 6300 IP champion for 5100 IP or less. So a random skin shard for like 2k IP would be great.
