Practice mode (sandbox mode)

I mentioned why there isn't a practice mode because when i want to try something new (skills , tricks , mechanics , etc.) its really hard because of the long CD of spells . For example if i try R+F with lee sin and i fail i need to wait 5 minutes or other skills with other champs that requires a specific positioning of the enemy . Yes , i know that I can invite a friend to help me but not at any time my friends are able to . I want to say that will be great to be created this "Practice mode " and that will help to many players to try everything that they want to learn , instead of going on normal games , to fail and their teammates to blame them . ( Sorry if i wrote something wrong here , eng isnt my first lang. )

Also, Give us a lot of gold in order to try out different builds without having to farm 30+ minutes in order to full build item 3301

If you really want help with it, add me on LoL, I'm on everyday (some exceptions) and play quite a bit.

Now onto this, I would like a practice mode like this, just a little different than what SilverSlayer is saying.

Called Custom Games ? So i need to play there with bots/friends 30-40 minutes to try new items and builds?

You can just exit out of the game whenever you like that is why custom is beneficial to those that just want to try new things.

Do you read my reply? I am talking about that u need to play more than 30 minutes to collect gold for items that u want to test , not only for your sums spells .Instead to have unlimited amount of gold. And that for me sounds terrible to exit and enter around 100 times just to try some combo .
