Lost key/deleted

So i have other acc. that is 15 lvl and i had one key and 0 boxes . After days playing to buy another champion so i can have a box , when i decide to open it i what do i found ? I have not key ... for some reason that i don't know . Sorry for my eng if i wrote smth wrong.
