Harrowing skins, and champs that haven't gotten skins in years.

Im still very confused why champs like kat and zed are getting new harrowing skins even though they should start giving skins the the champs with little skins or haven't gotten any in years. I get that zed and Kat are played a lot but your basically making people be more focused on those champs instead of going to lesser played champs. I mostly say this because a few of my friends only play certain champs because skins they have.

League needs more skins for those lesser champs they will definitely be played more. I myself want to see like a dragon trainer heimer or a new skarner skin in the game. When will they show up.

But on the topic harrowing stuff like spooky mundo. Or something about attrox. It would just be so cool.
