Whens banner coming back

Been waiting for the items to come back. it brought so much extra strategical play to the game. it gave very unique builds to some champs you know longer can do. zz on heimer is straight pointless now without banner. because you dont have as much push force. ETC. i just have been waiting for more unique items like those ones to come into the game but i see one taken out before my eyes. all they needed to do was nerf it.

P.S. i know ohm wrecker isnt used much but i enjoy building it because it works great with push builds. and strategy.
