One for all with new champion launches

Hi, I was trying to try Zoe on PBE, but cant get to play her, since the only game I got firstpick someone dodged. So I had this idea. Why not do a One for all rotating game mode with every champion launch so all people can try them?

I now have no way to play Zoe, since its 1/10 to get first pick on PBE. I also wont be able to play her when she hits live, since I expect her to be permabanned in draft and instalocked in blind by people with faster computers. So with one for all, everybody could play around with the new champ and be happy!
