Can you add Bisquits and Kleptomania items into Item sets?

I really like the feature of having items sets and more so being able to have items in specific invetory slots right when I buy them, instead of having to move them around when coming back to lane. The only thing I miss are items from the Kleptomancy and Bisquit Delivery runes. It would be super cool, If I could have preset inventory slots for these items, especially Bisquits, so I can easily find them, when I need them quickly. For example if a fight breaks out around 3 mins in the botlane, just when the first bisquit arrives, So I can quickly replenish some health and mana, without searching through my invetory for a slot in which the Bisquit landed.

So I want to ask, if you are planning on adding this feature in the game. I feel like many people would appreciate this quality of life improvement, especially those Kloptomaniacs out there.
