Ultimate Skin Qualifications?

Hey Legends,

I was wondering if anybody knew what necessarily qualifies a champion for ultimate skins. I am personally a huge fan of them, and would purchase them if they ended up being for one of my main characters. I would like to see more of them come out from Riot, and was wondering if anybody has heard of more in the works. Especially one for :D. Comment below with other champions you would like to see with an ultimate skin, and maybe the champion listed the most will get Riot's attention.

There's only two to derive "qualifications" from, but it's basically:

Entire new voice over.
Evolving and complex character model.
A lot of VFX.

If by qualify you mean the champions most people think the skin will be for, then I think it's narrowed down to Zed, Xerath, Lux, and Sona.

Yeah i just didn't know if it went by popularity or if Riot had another way to select champions for it. A zed skin would be cool since he is extremely popular. Kha'zix, one could argue, is dying as a viable jungle so we'll see.
