Mobile support

have there been any thoughts of creating a support that is extremely mobile. like lee sin or ahri levels of mobility. right now i feel like all supports are very slow, either tanks who just sit there or utility with minor speed boosts. would love to see a support with dashes and stuff like that.

Does anyone have an opinion on how this could be done

AND TO RIOT do you think there is room for a mobile support or is that design space not unique enough for a full champion archetype?

tl:dr I think we need a mobile support champion because it is a niche that hasn't been filled, any thoughts? also my own personal example idea below

personal idea (this is not the direct idea, just how I might personally make a mobile support)

NAME - "Celissa the Cat burger" also known as "C" (the burglar mentioned in caitlyn's lore)

Lore basically it takes more than a tight leather outfit a whip and cat ears (reference to cat woman obv) to outsmart the ladies of piltover, so a teleporter device helps. She doesn't steal for personal gain, she steals simply for the challenge and trying not to get caught. She actually quite enjoys helping others and although she does live somewhat extravagantly, lots of her money is passed along to others less fortunate. She actually lives in piltover as the rich woman Celissa Gurant and so far Caitlyn and Vi still have no idea of her true identity. She is able to teleport masterfully and combined with her amazing acrobatic skills she is impossible to catch".

passive - teleportation sickness - Celissa's portals make enemies dazed, slowing them by 20% for 3 seconds and stacking, at 3 stacks the enemy is stunned for 2 seconds instead of slowed

q - space flux - Celissa teleports to target location, leaving a portal on the starting and ending position. the portals last 5 seconds and can be used one additional time by any ally from either side before dissapearing, the portal deals damage to enemies standing on it (taking damage adds up to 1 stack of passive to enemies per cast).

w - tethered anchor - fires a tether in the selected direction, if the enemy is close enough after 2.5 seconds, they are teleported to celissa's position (this part activates passive), (much smaller than other tethers, she is meant to be mobile so must stay close, using q for gap close and slow should help her keep up, also lasts full 2 seconds even if enemy leaves range in middle of 2 seconds.)

e - portal shot - fires out a shot that if it hits teleports celissa to the target (combination of lee sin q and e basically, no opportunity to decide not to go in XD) works on all enemies and allied champions (not minions, possibly wards though, not sure), on hitting an enemy it applies passive, on hitting an ally it provides a 2 seconds projectile shield (blocks 1 projectile, not just spells)

r - black hole - creates a massive portal that lasts 2 seconds, it deals damage and applies passive stacks to all enemies each second. (it also has the unique affect that allies can use the teleport spell on the central point, so like a top laner could teleport to her ult if timed correctly.

Braum is pretty mobile lol.

I created a Support Champion based on a Pteranodon that can carry enemies and allies for a short distance, and can dash to allies/minions/wards quickly.

Freesia the Spirit Dancer is a champion design with high mobility,i didnt make it,but its a really well made concept(seriously wish that RIOT would make her).
