Make a way to sell champs?

I've been playing a lot of aram...and getting a lot of champs I hate to play... Also I want to get certain skins that I would have more of a chance of getting with mystery gifts if I didnt have a lot of extra champs. If I could sell off all but 20 of my champs I would. Especially with the new season coming out it seems reasonable that I should be able to get rid of clutter and champs I will never play?

it doesnt seem right that I should be penalized for buying champs to test them out then find out they're not really my thing and then they just sit there taxing me in my inventory.

Hum, this is an interesting concept, however, there are 3 refunds you can get and I /think/ it includes champion purchases, although I'm unsure if it includes IP purchases. As for testing out new champs, I also think the week after a champ is released (or two?) the champ generally goes into free rotation. I know in hindsight it doesn't do you much good but it's always good to keep in mind if you decide to create a new account and forgo the one you have already. I do think it's an interesting idea. Would you think that an IP refund of 50% to be substantial for "selling back" champions? And what about if you decide to repurchase them in the future, do you want an additional discount for repurchase or would you be fine with paying the full amount on buying them again? I don't see why this could necessarily hurt riot /if/ they were able to limit it to maybe once per month (so you don't abuse the system and return all your champs except 20 of them). Is there anything I'm missing that would cause chaos for riot?

Edit: Also RP purchases for a champion would still refund 50% IP purchase amount so that money returns don't become a problem.
