New Champ Design: Clipeum, the shield maker

Passive: Clipeum can toggle his spells into two categories, damage and support. Furthermore while in support mode he gains bonus mr and armor and while in damage he gains bonus ap. He switches this automatically when he damages an enemy or helps a teammate.

Q: Support: Give shield to target ally. This shield gives their auto attacks a damage over time effect for as long as the shield remains.

 Damage: Skill shot that burns the target, causing them to take damage over time

W: Support: Give shield to target ally. This shield causes them to be immune to cc for as long as the shield is active.

  Damage: passive: after casting a spell the next spell cast will stun the target enemy on top of the other effects.

E: Support: Give shield to target ally. This shield causes them to deal damage in an aoe circle around them for as long as it is active.

    Damage: Dash to target enemy marking them. After you may dash to target ally. If the ally that you dash to hits the marked champion part of the enemy champions health and mana are stolen and is given to your ally and you. On op of that the enemy is silenced.

R: Dashes to any allied champion on the map giving them all three of his support shields at once. Refunds cooldown of all other spells.

NOTE: This is my first champ design. I haven't thought through cooldowns yet besides that his ult would be 120s level one but come down to 6s at level 3. Please give me feedback ^-^

Very interesting concept! "Support" half of all abilities seem to function much like single target Sona auras, but do they stack outside of being used as ult? Are shields strictly time based, or can they be popped? Again, support W could potentially break many allied champions who's only weakness is susceptibility to CC. The damage side of all the abilities is pretty straight forward, though you may want to look in to the mana drain aspect of the E, as I believe Riot has actively been looking to avoid that type of mechanic in game due to balancing issues. Perhaps shift it more defensively and have it steal MR and Armor and transfer it to you and your ally? Also, were the stats stolen split between you and your ally (ie steal 20 health and you and ally get 10, or was the plan to steal 20 health and you and your ally each gain 20 health)? I would love to see some lore and a character profile built as well. Initially reading the title I was picturing an Ornn style blacksmith type champion, then after reading the abilities Clipeum started to come off more as a cleric-mage.

Looking forward to seeing thread updated! Has potential to be quite an interesting champion.
