In all for the fights shown only few background characters died (not for sure)and they are the noxians hit my Yasuo's tornado and the first gladiator. Riven legit flipped a guy and he was down. I love the video but in a fight for death and survival atleast add some blood or killing blows.

I have no idea which part made you think it's childish. They synchronized fight scenes with the music. So prove your point how it's childish because it doesn't make sense for me.
You know getting flipped like that with proper force is easily enough to ko someone right?
Absence of blood/death =/= childish.
It's not childish. It doesn't need be bloody, brutal and full of death, there is no point in doing that for this game.
