I have been speculating champions ideas for a while, and looked for a place to put them without pushing a full champion idea. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find one, and thus I have created this board.

This Think Tank should have three main roles:

The Conceptualists- Who create passives, art, attacks, stats, lore, etc. The Revisers- Who constructively comment on existing ideas The Stitchers- Who conglomerate revised ideas and formulate them into champions

The following things will not be permitted in this board under any circumstances: -Profanity -Insulting/ Overly negative comments (Constructive is fine) -Plagiarism (Stitchers must obtain permission before reproduction)

Here is a vague representation of how this system would work

Conceptualist-" Q- {{summoner:2}} 's attacks deal X% more damage on the next hit for every X% of {{summoner:2}} 's health lost. Reviser- "Great idea, but it appears as though with the progression of this attack, in combination with the health gain from your previous idea, it would be devastating to low health champions. I would suggest X, X, and X" Conceptualist- "I never thought of that, thanks! (Makes edit to attack)" Stitcher-" I think your idea is wonderful and would like to include it in {{summoner:2}} , who specializes in close range combat and X." Conceptualist- "I would be happy to let you use my idea, but please cite my username when you use it."

Please note: When using a champion without a name, use {{summoner:2}} to signify them and when an aspect of an idea is incomplete, use summoner 31 .

Passive- Regret Range 500 All champions that die within the radius of {{summoner:2}} create a vision effect as if their body was a vision trinket lasting the amount of time it takes the dead champion to respawn.

R-Singularity Cost: 125 mana Range: 1000 Cooldown: 60

Target area (radius 100) moves all contained units and champions towards the center of it at a rate of 20 units per second. Every second a unit or champion is inside the circle, he or she takes magic damage equal to ({{summoner:2}} ’s ability power*8/Distance from center (min 1)). The circle dispels violently after 7 seconds, dealing 100/200/300 magic damage to all contained units (Ignoring champions).

You say 'speculating champion ideas' but it seems like what you mean is 'speculating ability ideas'. The dialogue in your post, and your comments, are all examples of the latter. Your post might help some people. I'm under the impression that imagining up abilities is the easy part - they're a dime a dozen. Actually identifying an untouched archetype, theme, or fantasy that Riot could potentially tap into is far more challenging. It might be implicit in your 'conceptualist' role, but you be clear in saying so.

If you anyone wants he can literally take any ability of the concepts I posted on the boards now, and in future, if he finds them appealing

My favourites: Basic Ability: {{summoner:2}} dashes forward, dealing damage and slowing. If he/she/it/others hits a wall it attaches to said and is able to recast the ability for higher costs. No caps. (Scythe)

Passive: As {{summoner:2}} stands still he/she/it/others "grows" into the ground, creating a special field used to enhance his abilities. (Abilities are no-Indicator-spells, working around him and on his special fields) (Soma)

Ultimate: {{summoner:2}} concentrates for a short duration, enhancing his/hers/its/others' reflexes. Nearby "per second" stats are slowed down, creating a bullet time effect. Including: Champion movement- and attackspeed, missile speed, DoT-Ticks (still do full damage, just over a longer period of time), Animations (Not in use yet, planned to be in a Iaido-specialized Samurai/similar)

Basic Ability/Ultimate: {{summoner:2}} shoots a projectile. (Either after a fair casttime or it is rather slow) The Abilities of the hit' champion will be set on a flat cooldown. Including Passives and maybe items. (Screws with Aatrox, Anivia, Tryndamere and Zac) (Gorx)
