Cellar, the Nightmare from Noxus
So since Jinx is pretty much Harley Quinn (I know she's based off the Joker), I thought it'd be fun to create a champ to be her counterpart. As far as weapons go, it had to be knives to counteract Jinx's all gun arsenal. So Cellar sports two large steak knives as weapons (images below), along with knives around his strap or belt. I created a face for him, but please, if you have better concepts, I'd loved to see them :) I also created masks he could wear, or take off during game. I don't know, this could go anywhere.
As for his abilities, they could be numerous things.
Sealed Fate (PASSIVE) - Cellar's blood boils and gains increased attack damage for 1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds every time he kills an enemy champ, large creature, or tower. (Not sure on the time and how much he should gain, so please, feel free to make suggestions)
Laughing Gas (skill shot) - Cellar throws a canister in a 360 degree area, affected a smaller circle (much like Cho'gath's Q, Graves' W, etc). Enemies caught in the gas are slowed for .5/.75/1/1.5 seconds and laugh uncontrollably. (Whether or not this ability would be considered, affects whether or not Cellar will have a belt of canisters on his waist) 10/9/7.25/6.5 second cooldown
True Killer - Cellar gains increased attack damage when facing his opponent head on for .5/.75/1/1.25 seconds. 15/13/11.75/10 second cooldown
The Devil's Door - Cellar trades his duel sword-knives for his smaller throwing knives. Losing attack damage, but gaining range.
Blades of Fury (ULTIMATE) [don't know what to call this lol feel free to suggest a better name] - Cellar goes into a frenzy, swinging his blades around and running forward, gaining 10% movement speed every 1/.75/.5 seconds and losing 20% movement speed when he moves through a wall or killing an enemy champion. This ability (I'd love to see this ability like Sion's only you can turn and move with it. Noted, it's at a very slow rate, wouldn't want to make a quick turnaround if you missed an opponent. I'd also like to see animations like boulders or water moving around him whenever he goes through lane, walls or river.) 65/50/35 second cooldown.
Cellar is greatly based of Hannibal Lecter, so I'd thought it be nice if he had a Lecter skin, with the iconic mask over his mouth.
Some quotes for him that I thought of just for shitz and giggles. "If you're still breathing, starting running..." "A league where you volunteer to die? Count me in." "Ftftftftft....something in my mouth" "Nice Chianti" [Laugh similar to that of the joker] dance: skip to 0:23 or the 0:12 sec mark lol (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dD5F3Ka5Wto) Maybe some unique interactions "Hello, Miss J" "Still can't keep up with my kill count DRAVEN" (love the idea of his voice escalating to yelling)
I don't expect this to go anywhere, I just did this for fun :) I'm still fairly new to League of Legends. So if there's anything I messed up (most likely), please let me know. I'm all for learning new things about LoL.
