Dr Violet the innocence of Noxus
I really wish I had a picture for her but I don't really know how to draw on the internet so all I can really do is describe her. She has long dirty blond hair that goes down to her ankles, has green blue eyes, wears a plain white shirt with a long white skirt with pouches filled with medical supplies.
Lore: When you think Noxus you would usually think of black hearted assassins but that's not always the case. Violet's father was a high ranking general in the Noxus army but soon he had to go to the hospital for his child's birth. But sadly it would be a life for a life for his wife dead after giving birth. He first thought that he would hate his child for taking his wife but he instantly fell in love with his little girl. That didn't happen just once every time she walked by somebody they would smile no matter what happened in the day. Her rowdy class mates were always calmed when she walked into a room. He wanted her to be a soldier at first but he learned very quickly that she did not have the heart for it so he put her in a school that he knew that she would love. Medical school. She was their earliest graduate at 15 and soon opened her own hospital. When ever a person walked in to it they instantly felt welcomed, happy, warm, it felt as though it was their own home. The strange thing though was that after she treated them they never remembered how she did it. This made her very popular soon she was declared Grand doctor of Noxus. You would think that someone who was like this would have been horrified by Noxus ideals but she never knew them. Someone would try to tell her but when she looked at them with a look of innocence they couldn't. She didn't see it either because she is a huge optimist everything she saw only the good side was shown. This caused trouble because soon she took a different direction to her hospital but the path she took made her go right next to the arena where Draven would preform his grand executions. When she heard the cheering her innocent curiosity caused her to enter but what she saw was terrifying. When she saw how the people enjoyed it, it was as if she was awakened from a beautiful dream. She saw all the terrible things of Noxus and panicked she had to escape. She then ran to her home and grabbed all of her supplies and then ran. But her gift for healing was to good to be let go Katarina and Darius were sent to capture her and bring her back. Violet was soon caught up to and when she saw the two she instantly ran away. They gave chase but soon reached a waterfall. Violet did not want to go back so she jumped. The two thought that she had died but soon saw her emerging from the banks bellow and were surprised to see she had survived the fall.. They continued to chase but Violet encountered someone she never expected Demacians. It was garen and lux Violet begged them to help her because Katarina and darius were chasing her. They soon saw that for themselves when they saw Katarina and Darius right behind Violet. The Demacians and Noxians soon started to battle. Violet was horrified by this but she then knew what she had to do. No one knew how Violet had healed but it was not normal means she had a special power to take away a persons pain but she could also give it back. She then began shooting cold blue shots at Katarina and Darius and each one that hit the more injured they were. She did not only do that but any damage that Garen and Lux took soon disappeared when Violet set a warming light on them healing them and taking away any wounds they had sustained. Katarina and Darius soon retreated for Violet had used all the wounds they gave Garen and Lux on them so they had both their wounds and those all ready sustained. What happened to Violet after was not known but she is currently in Demacia helping any sick or injured.
Abilities: Passive Loving atmosphere: Any enemy Champion in a certain range of Violet will have reduced damage but the less health they have the less the passive takes away.
Q Blue light of pain: this is her basic click and damage ability it scales with ap and is mainly use for poke it doesn't do that much damage but its low cooldown lets her use it multiple times but mana costs are what hinder it early game.
W Warming feeling: This is her targeted heal ability it has a long cooldown but heals for a lot it also interacts with her ults passive but we will get to that later.
E Feel the pain you inflict: This is a snare ability similar to karma's w what happens is that she puts it on an allied champion (any allied champion except herself) and on any enemy champion in range. If the enemy champion does any damage to the allied champion that is connected they are healed for a percentage of the damage take. The champion that did damage to the allied champion takes the same percentage of damage that was healed for the allied champion (Similar to thornmail)
R. Passive Violet gets a third bar this one is for damage taken if she takes damage she remembers it and stores a percentage of it for later abilities. If she uses her w on a recent allied champion that has taken damage in about 2 seconds that damage that was taken by the allied is added to her pain bar. Active Violet unleashes a percentage of the damage that is in her pain bar it is an aoe ability what happens is similar to an ekko w she selects an area on the ground which is then blasted with the blue light she stored from her pain bar. This is the ability that makes her damage actually relevant if she has a lot in her pain bar.
Violet is a support ap mage that does well in lane and late game. She is a good beginner champion and even if she doesn't build ap she could still do damage with her ult if her pain bar is high. I'm sorry that there was no mana costs or cooldowns but I am really not good at coming up with numbers only concepts.
