Gemma the last gypsy

I have no idea on how to make damage and cooldowns for her abilities so please give some ideas about that and thank you for reading my champion idea.

The lore Gemma parents never really had a home they always felt out of place every where they went so they always roamed but one day when walking to demacia a pack of wolves attacked them they were horribly injured after the fight so why they were on the ground about to pace out they saw people above them. When they awoke they saw they were taken in by gypsys but unlike all the other gypsys they encountered these people seemed different. After meeting the leader of the Wagon they knew they found their home. They then got very used to gypsy life and tradition loving how they could go anywhere in runeterra they could stay and leave when ever they wanted. Soon to them they gypsys were their family in their eyes. Except one day a man had come to the Wagon looking for a place to take refuge. The kind gypsys took him in and the leader let him stay except Gemma's mother who saw evil in him. Then one day when Gemma's mother was going into labor and everyone was helping deliver the baby the leader of the Wagon died. In his will it stated that the Wagon would go to the man which he happily took. Gemma's mother knew that the leader would never give the Wagon to him so one day she sneaked into his quarters to see a horrible plan. It turned out that the man was a noxian spy who was going to use the Wagon as a way to sneak noxian soldiers into demacia. She told her husband everything she saw he didn't know what to the think. He then thought it was just her not getting enough sleep and didn't believe her. The day the plan was going to happen she fought them off. Having the plan foiled and everyone knowing that he was a spy he killed gemma's mother for her insolence and set it as an example to who ever oppose him. Gemma's father was crushed not only did he lose his wife and child's mother but he didn't listen to her warnings. Knowing he could t let thus happen he then attacked the noxian who killed his wife. He won the battle he then gave him to the demacians who sentenced him for life. Gemma's father then took control of the Wagon helping many people as possible.

Gemma grew up seeing many places and meeting many people loving each place for its own reasons she met many people getting an ally in each place in runeterra. She learned from the gypsys and the guidance of her father. Like her mother she could see the good and evil in people. The Wagon helped many people making it a thing many people talked and wondered about. When the noxians invaded ionia the Wagon was a big help in many battles. Bringing supplies reinforcements and much more. The noxian commanders were getting furious over how they could have won many battles if it wasn't for the Wagon helping. They then sent the best assassins they had to kill the gypsys. Each assassin would fail and would have killed the wrong Wagon soon there was only one Wagon left and it was the one they wanted all along. They did not want anymore disappointment so they made it so that they would get them. Knowing that they brought soraka they had warwick come to sniff out the Wagon they also sent katarina talon sion draven and darius To make sure everyone would die. When they found the parked Wagon they instantly started to kill them. While they were killing the gypsys gemma's father rushed her to the Wagon. He then hid her gave her her mother's necklace and told her to stay safe and keep on their traditions he then said he loved her and went into the battle. Thinking that they have killed everyone they left. When Gemma came out of hiding she saw that everyone was dead. Everyone one she loved and thought of as family was dead. Instead of feeling the hot sensation of rage and revenge all she felt was grief. She then spent that whole week giving each gypsy a proper send off and making a grave for each one without taking a single brake. When she was done she knew that she had to do what her father said and carry on the traditions of her people and helping every person she knew that was good. On that day many people had made a horrible enemy.

Abilities

Passive Ionian mastery Her passive makes it so that all her abilities to do magic and attack damage it also make it so that if she has more ad than ap then ad is then is a percentage higher it also does the same with her Mr and armor

Q

Her q is wind of the freljord this ability passes through enemy minions and champions it applies a slow if hit this is useful when chasing or being chased because it has no cast time this is a good marksman ability because of its range

W

Her w is gypsy charms this is an ability where you click on a target it grants a shield, healing and damage when used on an ally or yourself it applies a shield if there is some of the shield left the rest is then healed back to the champion the heal will not work if they are at max health only the shield when used on an enemy champion it deals damage and grants vision of them this ability has a visual to where a charm is above the head of her target so for an example the charm can be a shield when used on a allied champion on an enemy champion it can be something like a sword

E

Her e is dance of Shurima this a stun when used Gemma dances stunning every champion around her this is great for ganks and engages because it locks then down fast so your team can get in but because of you having to go in you might get damaged so you might want some health items so you can tank some of the damage

R / Ultimate

Gemma has a strange ult its called the gypsys curse it is a target ability when used on a enemy champion it applies a debuff for them so that when ever Gemma is on screen the debuff activates what it does is that it counters what the enemy champion is building so when used on a tank it can lower their magic resist and armor or their health just starts dropping on a marksmen/adc it makes their attack damage drop and on ap/mages it drops their ability power the only way to get the buff off of you is to kill her or assist in killing her the ability makes it hard to lane against her and you would want to get it on everyone enemy so that in team fights they lose a lot of there ability to do what they are meant to do for the team it also makes ganking/camping better

Well that is my champion idea I hope you liked her please tell me damage and cooldown ideas her q is shortest then her e then her w then ult. Her appearance is her wearing a short sleeve t shirt that shows her stomach she wears a long skirt that stops around her ankles it also has her beads bracelet things going around her waist then around her ankle in a circle like shape kind of like an apron that's if off to the side she has long brown hair stopping around her waist and she has purple eyes. She also breaks the rule of having only 3 friends or enemies because of her travels here they are.
