I believe he is pretty balanced hes probably a mid but you can play him well at any position health - infinate attack speed - doesnt matter you have abilities that are awesome ap - insanely high energy - 100000 movement speed - 600

Abilities cost 1 energy passive - You give off an aura that starts all allies at level 18 with 15k gold (but not you, i mean this guy can't be TOO overpowered)

Q - Exterminate Instantly kills target whether its an enemy champion minion or tower

W- Best friend Shield cost 1 energy gives ally an unbreakable shield that lasts for the whole game

E- Wave Clear you guessed it, 1 energy Destroys all minions within your vision

R- The Money Shot because it is his ultimate ... 2 energy Destroys enemy Nexus regardless of defenses
