New item concept, tell me what you think

Its based of Varian's talent from HOTS called ''Mortal Throw''

Basically, its an active item (I couldn't care less about the stats) that is meant to deal with the cancerous shields in this game it does 9999 dmg to shields, and 100 dmg to champs if they have no shields I don't care how much you change this, just please take my concept, we all want it!

well there goes my cho support with item 3401 item 3193 item 3190

jk riot prolly wont put something like this in unless it was for an aggressive anti healing/shielding support and would prolly also have somekind of grievious wounds proc to it as well as only being single target

I mean instead of having dmg get dealt to the shield you could just have it be removed altogether
