Its based of Varian's talent from HOTS called ''Mortal Throw''
Basically, its an active item (I couldn't care less about the stats) that is meant to deal with the cancerous shields in this game it does 9999 dmg to shields, and 100 dmg to champs if they have no shields I don't care how much you change this, just please take my concept, we all want it!

I didn't wanna dd grievous wounds since I hate it, but the actual talent from HOTS actualy DOES have it
M00ndanc31 votesi just had an idea, what if it stole the shield from an enemy and caused your next shield you cast on someone to increase based on a percent of the shield you stole. though this would be very niched it would give some interesting mechanic for a botlane support champion
