[New Champion concept] Uurion, The Real Darkin Hammer

Story-Lore : similar to
Aatrox in term of species, but wingless (wings either cut off in a fight or a self inflicted injury) and buffier...wields a hammer that is seemingly alive...growing massive with each smash...similar back story maybe involving a face off with olaf in the past instead of trynd as aatrox story seems to involves he had something to do with trynd gaining his immortal rage changing something inside him that made aatrox smile...satisfied... seems like the darkin enjoy messing with the mortals (they remind me of oblivion/skyrim daedras)...maybe while facin olaf he got him locked with so many cc olaf was so enraged it awoke the ragnarok for the first time breaking free..once again changing something inside a brave warrior...the goal of the darkins is not really clear they might make strong warriors unlock strong questionably evil power to protect them from something worst they know is to come...or makin them believe they've found a new gained power while in reality they've lost something so much more valuable....etc...(blablabla)
im not going with actual numbers im not doing the balancing I don't have the knowledge to come up with numbers that makes sense aren't op or too weak but if any of you do those kinda maths I would love if...give it a try (cd,dmg,cost.lvl up increases in ranks, in stats etc....)

**Passive: Hammersize **: Uurion's Hammer grows bigger in size and heavier with each auto-attack(max 6--8?...maybe 10 stacks... (but numbers hey?)lose stacks overtime when out of combat(similar to
paragon stacks each stack's increases Base damage and gives a % dmg bonus on low health target
but **also decreases attack speed **by "x"% (would be considerable at full stack ,
you would deal twice the damage but swing twice less often)
Hammersize stacks are used to cast most of Uurion's abilities ,works a little like
Renektons 50 fury bonus...if spell is cast only with Hammersize stacks it gains an extra effects
abilities that cost hammersize stacks can also be cast at the cost of health if you use them without the necessary stacks...but skils cast at the cost of health lose the extra effect :
(let's say Q cost half hammersize full stacks of .. 10 so it cost 5 stacks, or 50 health, if Uurion has 3 stacks and cast his Q it will cost 20 health, uses his 3 stacks, and wont stun his primary target ,only slow....)
Hammersize would have a visual effect on champion's hammer makin it bigger and glowin at half and even more at full stacks
++when I refer to giant hammer or giant size in E and R skills the hammer becomes massive...(bigger than champs) instantly growing and acting as unpassable terrain in E's case and growing overtime to power-up a big counter-blow in R's
**Q : Martillo's Swing **: Power's up your next auto-attack to strike your target with force
dealing damage and slowing them... this should be Uurion's ability with the smallest cooldown(4-7sec)
(this skill increases in range as it levels up:
lvl1-2 :hit only your target,
lvl3-4 : hit all enemies in a wide cone in front of you (half-circle),
lvl5 : swing all around champion)
using this skill "only" with hammersize stacks stuns 1 sec primary target
using this skill uses half your hammersize stacks or
("x" amount of health if not enough stacks)
W : Wrath of Justice : Passive: grants hp regen with a bigger bonus the lower Uurion's health is **active: Taunt surrounding enemies for 1-2-3 seconds uurion cant move,use ability or auto attack the taunts duration doing so cancels the effect...(cooldown(10-15 sec) using this skill "only" with hammersize stacks increases the hp-regen effect for 3-4 seconds using this skill active uses ** half your hammersize stacks or ("x" amount of health if not enough stacks)
**E : Giant Judge **: Uurion can Throw his hammer in a straight line that damages an passes through units,
and remains at target location for 2 seconds . (cooldown 8-12 sec)
only at the cost of half hammersize stacks (not with health)..: Uurion can reactivate
E giant judge in its course or while it remains at target location for 2 second to make the
hammer instantly grows giant(bigger than champs ) dealing damage, Knocking back enemies
from it's location and remaining there as (small) Unpassable terrain for an extra 2sec.
much like  Olaf's undertow(Q) meets
 Trundle's pillar(e) and  glacial path
using the skill with "only " hammersize stacks marks enemies hit makin your
next ability deal some extra damage(reactivating "E"giant Judge
on marked enemies will consume the mark)
using this skill uses **half** your hammerside stacks or
("x" amount of health if not enough stacks)
reactivating this skill use another** half** of hammerside stacks only
(cannot be reactivated with health)
**R: Ult Dusk or Dawn **:free to activate,big cooldown(200+sec) :use right before dying...
when reaching zero health any further damage you might receive(use your W taunt)
Reffils your health bar in red colored hp during 3-4-5 seconds.
(abilities that cost health if you don't have hammersize stack do Not add to the healing effects
it's substracted to the red colored HP that's is filling your health bar from the damage
you are receiving..)
the hammer passively grows during the 3-4-5 Seconds reaching E Giant Judge final giant size..
(bigger than champ ,this does not affect number of hammersize stacks)
"E" Giant Judge is completely disabled during the ultimate 's duration no matter if
max hammersize stacked or not , you cant throw your hammer, only Q-W and auto attack
are usable the ultimate's duration ...
if "E" Giant Judge had been re-activated prior to ult the giant hammer disappears from its
location upon casting "R" dusk or dawn.
at the end of Dusk or dawn Uurions heals for the amount of damage received + a % of
"stats"( health or damage or hammersize stacks still not sure) and slams his giant hammer
on the ground dealing the same amount of damage as he healed and knocks enemies around
him up in the air.
after the final slam you lose (uses) **all **your Hammersize stacks)
(trigger like  tryndamere ult as shorlty before dying as possible)
resemble a lot of other undying skills   
  
Pros :a lot of CC :Q slows/stuns, W:taunts, E:knockback from and unpassable terrain, R:Knock up in the air an ult that can reverse deaths into kills
cons:no dash mobility no escape skills makin
flash or
ghost almost needed,
engaging enemies with low or empty stacks means all your ability will cost health requires management...
gaining stacks lowers your attack speed..
Ultimate's potency depends a little on enemy players and can be countered
** tips**:W taunts is best saved during dusk or dawn to force enemies to attack you and increase the healing and damage benefits and keep em in range for the final pop-up
a max stack of hammersize plus a power up from Q Martillo's swing can make a good finishing strike on low hp targets
even though hammersize's weight.. slowing your attack speed will make your damage feel less steady
the bonus dmg and % on low health targets dmg should make up for it if not getting items that gives some attack speed
can make this less annoying ,Also ever popular
and
maw of malmortius gives a shield before receiving what could be lethal damage giving you time to use your Ultimate...
to counter the possible health cost of abilities and to aid in your tank role building health and some hp-regen/lifesteal
will give him more survavibility

**vs **: marksmen with good range and poke abilities can make Uurion's life painfull finishing him off with a ranged ability avoid being too close while his ult sets off and being caught in his w taunt
in game lookin at the size of the hammer tells you if champ is low on stacks or not
ult can be made mostly insignificant in terms of healin and damage if enemy champions dont target and deal any dmg to Uurion (don't focus Uurion once hes dead, noob) avoid the taunt... items with tenacity
or from the
family can make his taunt a lot less annoying...
since Uurion's passive increases his dmg but slow his attack speed items that slow ennemy attack speed like
warden mail,
frozen hearth,
randuin'somen can really add up and make him feel sluggish
