Legendary Diana Skin

I was wondering if riot would ever consider (or are maybe already planning?) a Legendary skin for Diana? There was ALOT of debate for riot to post-phone Diana's Blood moon skin and make it into a legendary skin, since she is a champ that's theme is all about the moon, and so she should have gotten the leading and best looking skin in the blood MOON skin line tbh.

I also remember a rioter saying that unfortunately it cant be made into a legendary skin due to more resources being used up, which could be used for other amazing skins, and that who knows what the future holds? Was this just getting hopes up or is there something coming or in early stages?

Ik other champs like cassio and yorick need skins, but I'm just wondering if a legendary for Diana would ever come to mind ? please :(

p.s. was really hoping for Diana's legendary blood moon skin line since riot returned to it with thresh, kalista, elise etc ;_;
