I get mid lane.
toxic person asks "Can i go mid please?"
I say sorry, i wanna go mid.
proceeds to ban my champion. 
I ask why they did that.
"Because you didn't let me go mid"
instalocks Zed, designated jungle, "I'm sorry but im going mid."
I'm sorry that i quit the champ select, but I would not want to play with someone like that, even if we won or not. I screenshot the pictures of the chat, but idk how to post them D:
Send a ticket to Riot with the screenshots mate. :) Also, if it is not ranked you should play the game (if they don't dodge) and x4 report them after

You can submit them im a support ticket though.
If they said something like, “I can’t play jungle good enough” or “Idk how to play jungle” and you know how to play jungle, it is a nice move to switch roles with them. If they do stuff like what you just said then either you dodge or get somebody in your pre-made (if you are in one) to dodge.
Gotta agree that the person banning your champ and then saying that you didn’t let him go mid as an excuse is a dick move on him.
I had a similar experience last week. I was gonna play ADC and was in champ select, I click Ashe as the champ I was thinking of. One of the other players says that he was tilted, my somebody on my team said something like “maybe don’t play rn”. When the ban phase happened the tilted guy then banned my Ashe. Now I know Ashe isn’t a good adc rn anyways but overall her kit is pretty good, which was why I wanted to play her. Thankfully somebody dodged because I didn’t have any other ADCs that I wanted to play lol.
Elo terrorists will usually dodge if you don't comply.

and THIS is why i never do rank or call lanes. cause people argue over lanes in chat and will ban your champ (if in rank) or dodge the queue (if in blind). i just pick a random lane and go and if they aren't nice enough to ask me to leave their lane they can piss off.
this is exactly why i dont pick intent my champ until after ban phase :|
At this point, dodge is your best friend. (Not your best friend mind you, when time is running out to earn your desired rating.)
I've had people do that to me plenty of times if they were nice and maybe (depending on the role like top. and support) I would def switch but them banning my champ i would just ride the game and waste his time but of course I gotta think its everyone else's time as well that's just me
