Why no lancer rogue Wukong skin

I was just looking around and i saw the Wukong skin. Seeing that it was like the blitzcrank skin i thought that i would see a black and red version of the Wukong skin Lancer stratus

My english is not the best sorry

Because the Lancer Rogue and Paragon skins were a special thing they did for Blitzcrank.
