Change Remake Requirements to Leaving Fountain

There have been too many games where a DC causes everyone to lose a game to no avail because it is a 4v5 from the start. I feel as though the Remake system should be changed to something along the lines of "if a player does not leave the fountain area within X time into game, a remake will become available for that players team resulting in a lose for the AFK player but not the team." If anything the time could stay the same for the remake coming up at 3:00 but if the player doesn't leave the fountain by then, they are most likely are not coming back.

I speak from experience because every now and then I experience a DC at the beginning of the game where everyone become invisible or start sliding across the screen and I would rather take the lose than take everyone down with me. My best indicator to tell if I have DC'd is whether or not I have a steady gold income.
