I think that would be really neat and lead to some fun interactions. I'm pretty engrossed in a concept of my own right now that has not yet been posted (working on the artwork). Id say go ahead and make one yourself of you have the time and see where it takes you. Even if it is only written, it would still be nice to see some ideas built around something that already exists in the lore. There was a really fleshed-out Demacian champ on here a while back with backstory writing that put me to shame...
