Sharing skins

I just wanted to throw out an idea to be discussed in community and the think tanks that tries to keep league enjoyable. Would it be possible in matches for players to choose skins owned by others on their own team. I know of the boost option, and it rarely sees use anyway, perhaps this would be restricted to a single mode, likely ARAM matches which you may not normally have a skin for the champion you are playing. I have a few skins myself just would like to see more use out of them or even see some others have first hand.
