What Cheatin Husband (great name btw) is saying is that, there should be other champs for skin priority. For instance, skarner and trundle are FINALLY getting new skins. There are also many other champs that need new skins, because they barely have any or haven't had a new one in over 2 years.
I practically main janna, btw, so yes I would still buy this skin. However, I would much rather other champs get some love first.
2 looks the same (Tempest and Frost Queen), one is Hextech, one isn't normal skin (1820RP) and there are 2 unavailable. So we have 3 normal skins, 2 different, but non is dark. We need differences! ;)
