How to give Graves his cigar.

So I came up with a way on how Graves gets his cigar. Since Gragas gets his on one of his skins, why not just sell the default Graves skin with a cigar as a seperate skin? Throw it into a chroma pack while your at it. Set the skin cost at like 200 RP chroma at 720 RP, make like $100k off of it and call it a day. I'd buy it.
