Every single game in 5.22 on normal / ranked All towers bugged

The armor and magic resist of every tower in the game and sometimes even the nexus and inhibs flicker. Now i dont mean as in just the stats display flicker, the real stats of them flicker as you or minions attack towers, i.e. doing true damage to towers.

This needs to be addressed ASAP, the bug is trivial to reproduce, just auto a tower a few times and you will notice some attacks deal a lot more damage than others because at that point the turret has 0 armor.
