ARAM only accounts (fix their wagon)

Would be nice if, in ARAM, you were teamed with people who own approximately the same number of champs as you. When in queue with friends, champs are added total and divided by the number of people you queue with. Additionally, you should be placed with other people who have played a similar number of ARAM matches.

It's fine that people want accounts with the best "god tier" champs for ARAM, but put them in the same queue as each other so people who casually play and those who like to try different champions can have fun too. The ARAM only accounts are a little out of control.

EDIT: This is based on watching ARAM on Youtube/Twitch and spectating, my recent games have been pretty normal with one exception.
