ARAM Subscription
Simply put, a weekly subscription paid with either RP or IP to unlock all the champs for a FULL ARAM mode.
ARAM only accounts ruin ARAM. Period. It's ALL random all mid.

I agree with your assessment of the problem, but I don't think this is the right solution. Actually, I think this is halfway the solution; we need a full ARAM mode with all champions unlocked. That's where we need to take this next.
Riot needs to devote more time and development to ARAM in general to fix issues like this
This is a little too play to win for league , and it devalues the hard work of unlocking all the champs yourself , before illaoi came out I just bought all the champ the last being ka'zix the point is It would feel in fair
