[Champion Concept] Nix, the Elusive
Changelog: -Passive: The passive grants a lot of move speed, so i'm cutting it down. Grants move speed equal to 8% of attack damage and armor pen equal to 5% of attack damage. -Q Pushback increased to compensate for the passive nerf. If it hits a champion the cooldown is reduced by 4 seconds. Pushback increased to 275 from 250. -W: Increased damage ratio to compensate for the passive nerf. Damage ratio increased to 36% from 30% -E: Unchanged -R: The ultimate feels to much like Karma ult. New: Nix gains 1 charge every 20/15/10 seconds, or 2 charge for a kill or assist. Killing a unit reduces the cooldown of R by 1 second. Nix teleports a short distance spending 1 charge and gaining a shield that blocks 20/45/70 damage and lasts 8 seconds.

W [Vulcan Bolts]: Every third attack on the same enemy will deal 10/15/20/25/30 (+36% AD) additional physical damage over 3 seconds and slow them by 30/33/36/39/42% for 1.5 seconds.
E [Flash Bang]: Fires a Stun Grenade that silences and nearsights all enemies it hits for 2 seconds and deals 30/50/70/90/110 (+65% AD) physical damage. Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds Cost: 100 mana Range: 950 Radius: 300
R [Dodge]: Passive: Nix gains 1 charge every 20/16/12 seconds, or 2 charge for a kill or assist. Killing a unit reduces the cooldown of R by 1 second.
