I Have the worlds worst champion concept...but i need your help!

Okay so i have this this vague and terrible idea for a ** champion , i want to make a champion who is the most unfun to play as and against. I need your help to bring it to life, unfortunately i failed my exams at the noxian academy of science "Go blood hounds**". So as you can imagine i was not able to obtain my degree in liberal arts.

This is where you come in as you can tell I'm not qualified to create this monstrosity alone, i need your help.

Right now i have a passive, a name, and a vague backstory.

Chester the undying drunkard

Passive: Every two minutes chuck dies...he dies, he is dead when he dies, when chuck dies due to causes natural or unnatural he wakes wakes up in the nearest bush. while dead chester expels fluids slowing all enemies in an area by a large percent.

Background Chester was once a well renowned noxian scientist until falling out of favor with the nobility of noxus. Like his lifelong friend Chester had penchant for all manner of chemicals.....(I got nothing)

If you have any ideas at all seriously any go through that waste bin i know you haven't emptied it yet...you never do it when i ask. Seriously i need ideas, let's make chester a reality. PS: Go Blood hounds
