Inner Demon - Annie Move Rework
What with regards of Annie's ORIGINS video, I have chosen to offer a bit of rework onto her.
Stat Changes

Passive
Demon of Flame, Tibbers (Annie's spells require HP, and gains bonus HP regen scaling with how much HP Annie has left. Shall a threshold of 1500/2000/3500 HP be reached throughout the game, A piece of Tibbers will form, increasing Inner Flames duration by 2/4/6 seconds)
Inner Flames (Enemies inflicted with Inner Flames take 2% of their Max AD/AP adaptive as damage, and increases stun by .3 seconds every .5 seconds for 2 seconds when it wears off)

Q: Tibber's Footprint Damage: 35/45/55/65/75 AP Damage (3% of Max HP) \ Range: 300/350/400/450/500 (Trap) \ Trap Radius: 500 \ Trap Duration: 3 seconds \ HP Cost: 100/120/140/160/180 \ Cooldown: 5/4.7/4.4/4.1/3.8 seconds Tibbers plants his foot in a required location of Annie's choosing, hiding itself from all eyes but Annies'. Shall an unlucky foe step onto it, they have .5 seconds to get out before the footprint explodes, catching everyone within the footprint with an explosive blast, dealing damage and inflicting Inner Flames
W: Flaming Low Claw Auto Damage Increase: 45/50/55/60/65 AD Damage (3% of Max HP) \ Auto Range Increase: 30/60/90/120/150 \ Attack Speed Increase: 30/60/90/120/150 \ Stun Duration: 0.5/0.7/0.9/1.1/1.3 seconds \ Skill Duration/HP Drain every second 2-100/2.5-125/3-150/3.5-175/4-200 \ HP Cost: 300/320/340/360/380 \ Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 Seconds Melting down her Right hand to form Tibber's right arm, Annie preforms an stretching slash at her opponent, imbeding them in Inner Flames and dealing AD damage instead of AP Damage as well as tripping the opponent under their feet. While active, the HP drain doesn't contribute towards Demon of Flame, Tibbers Thresholds
E: Melting Guard Damage Reduction: 10/12/24/26/38% \ Damage Reflected: 10/20/30/40/50% (3% of Max HP) against Melee attacks/skills - 5/10/15/20/25% (3% of Max HP) against Range attacks/skills \ Duration/HP Drain every second: 3-20/4-30/5-40/6-50/7-60 \ HP Cost: 150/160/170/180/190 \ Cooldown: 8/7.8/7.6/7.4/7.2 seconds Tibbers guards against attackers with his arms, reflecting damage at the gradual cost of Annie's HP and blocking 4 attacks total. Reflected attacks inflict reduced damage from their own attacks, as well as a heaping helping of Inner Flames. The HP lost while guarding doesn't count towards the Thresholds

Tibbers Tibbers emerges and awakens, aiding Annie in combat. Tibbers will attack with Annie's W and leave Annie's Q every 2 steps, leaving Annie with her Autos and E whenever Tibbers is nearby. Regardless of Passive rank, Tibbers will always inflict 8 Seconds of Inner Flames and will target whoever Annie attacks. Should he be attacking a Tower, the Tower will target him, or Annie when she's close by. And should Annie die, so will Tibbers.
