How to make Abstract Shape Wallpapers With Champion Splash Arts in Photoshop
It's pretty simple, but I just wanna share this with y'alls incase anyone wants to make 'em.
Ok so first make a new file with the resolution of your monitor. I have a 1080p monitor so I will be using 1920x1080.
Now, use the polygon tool with 3 sides (if you want to use a triangle) or any amount of your choice, OR you can use another image for this, but please note that the background of the image HAS to be transparent.
Next, make a new layer, right click on it and select "Create Clipping Mask". You will have to do this with every new picture you paste (I think).
Then, paste your picture of your choice and move/resize it as you please (in this example I will be using Teemo skins.)
Next, cut out the part of the splash art that appears in the other shapes (if you have multiple shapes).
Next, continue adding skins and removing the overlapping parts until it is all complete. You can end this here and export it but I like to add some drop shadow. So to do that you first right click on the layer with the polygons/shapes, and click blending options. Then, click the box on drop shadow to tick it and mess around with the settings until you are satisfied with the result.
Here are some other backgrounds I made (they all have the same shapes, but you can use any other, ex; if you have the shape of Thresh's lantern with a transparent background, you can use that instead of triangles/other shapes.);
