fizz deals WAY WAY WAY TO MUCH DAMAGE compared how easily he can escape like his E SHOULD last MAX 1 second and this one like lasts for 3-4 its SO UNFAIR to fight him and even if he ults you you can zhonya to live but he will steal one shot you after it ends he deals WAY to much damage so either that should be nerfed or his dodge skills
you can dodge his q his e and his ult his e does only last like 1 second not 3 he does hit hard but hes a mobile assassin that needs to be in melee range so early game dont temp him to get free kills on you if you dont fall behind he wont be to strong just remember only trade when safe and stay back when he has ult let him come to you under tower and wait for gank
yeah but there are champs that cant do absolutely anything against him and a balanced champion isnt the one where you need to 2v1 to kill him
