Install Custom LoL Skins on Mac

Hey guys! I have recently found an AWESOME Custom Katarina skin, thing is, I use a MAC, and Skin Installer Ultimate only works on Windows. Anyone have a solution? If a riot employee happens to see this, please help me out! The old method was changing game files on the client itself, but now that is not an option. Heres the Kat Skin if you want:
