One for All Howling Abyss?

Ok so I have seen people playing one for all on howling abyss but whenever it comes around on NA servers at least it's always on summonses rift. Is there a chance they will ever release it for howling abyss as well? Or is that people having custom games or am I just blind and never saw the option before?

They did release it there before. It's very one-sided and boring once either team gets a lead since there are no flanking opportunities. You just wait for the game to end.
