Riot screwed crit

Why did riot decide to screw crit build completely? Why did people on the pbe not say anything about it? And if they did why didn't riot listen? I understand the decision to make crit builds not the only viable adc build, but why the hell did they decide to almost completely screw it up? Now when I build crit I have to build a 30% crit item and a double the crit chance item. Which is weird and clunky to only have 60% crit and then to get 100% crit I have to build another 30%/60%??? Why not just add an item that gives 20% crit or a couple items so that it isn't so stupidly weird to build crit. It just doesn't make any sense to change crit but leave it at such a weird place with only 30% no damage only crit items. Btw before anyone goes calling me out for being bronze 4, that has literally no relevancy to my complaint nor any purpose in the conversation so kindly fuck off if thats your only contribution.

it use to take 20% 30% 30% 20% to get 100% crit, and with essence being an item people really only bought for cdr and ad that was kinda unhealthy.

Right now adcs are criting for less burst, get more life steal, sustain type items and still get just as much crit, on top of that storm razor still allows people to have burst like crit for dravens and Caitlin
