Interesting concept, but it has a lot of places that need some polishing. 1: "Wayne" is too similar to "Vayne." 2: Maybe add some lore. I want to know the story behind this character. Is he just a random guy with a dart gun? That's not a particularly appealing character. 3: Passive is probably the best part about his kit, as it lets you do more damage by sticking to a cc'ed target. 4: Unfortunately, Q, W, and E are very generic and already in the game. Q is just a normal skillshot that fires twice. W is just a Morgana/Lux root. E is really nothing, just a pure mobility move with nothing special about it. 5: I don't understand his ult. What does grossing them out do? What does them vomiting do? Please clarify. 6: Most importantly, I don't understand his role in the game. He's a marksman with a little bit of crowd control and some generic abilities. He doesn't seem like a "high cc champion." He's basically like a weaker version of Vayne, if all she had was her 3-hit passive, wall-pin, and roll without any bonus effects. The most important part of making a champion concept is making them different from other champs.

You're probably new to making champ concepts, and that's ok! Maybe check out some other concepts, see how they're formatted, and try to improve your skills. I look forward to seeing your future concepts.
