My New Champion Idea

I have a champion idea I don't know what to name him yet but he is pretty cool though, in his lore he can turn into a deadly Virus that causes supercomputers to be obliterated and he is the most powerful virus in the world, in game he is a powerful mage who has a powerful Ultimate CC with deadly effects His Passive is Nano Bites after filling up his Nano bite bar he turns into a virus it fills up with hitting enemy champions and killing minions this bar replaces Mana His Q is binary meteor he summons 3 meteors of binary code in a straight line the first and third meteors are 0's the second is a 1 His w is available in Nano Bite Form and has 2 charges its called binary dash he dashes a short distance to your cursor and can be casted in rapid succession his e is The Blue Screen, he throws a portal that is shaped like a blue screen that only he can enter though a wall after passing through he gains movement speed in nano bite form it changes to binary missile which throws a missile of binary that pierce's through minions and stops on champion hits dealing magic damage His R is a deadly one its called Haywire, he targets an enemy champion and causes a random effect to the enemy Summoner's screen such as making the screen shake, making a blue screen appear, and worst of all there would be binary code on the edges of the screen and then the screen glitches and it gets so bad the screen goes black and after 3 seconds everything goes back to normal
