LEAGUE OF LEGENDS: Purchasing skins while in champion select!!!!

While I am in champ select and I choose a new champion that I usually do not play, I always find myself wanting to a purchase a skin. Yes, just in that short moment I find myself making the impulse decision to want to purchase a skin for that newly played champion. Unfortunately, that impulse decision is not facilitated properly by Riot Games. I cannot, even if I wanted to, make that purchase. It would be a nice feature to add to the LoL Client and I honestly think the addition of this "micro"-micro transaction would only help you grab more profit from the impulse decisions of your player base.

Just a suggestion! Thanks for reading I do appreciate it. And give me some credit if this idea has not already been brought up/discussed.

EDIT: I meant to clarify that if you do not have enough RP for that champion... you are not able to make the purchase while in champ select because you cannot purchase RP while in champ select. That is what I'm referring to.
