Lux Bug [GAMEPLAY]

Was playing a ranked game today at 5:56PM CST and was laning vs Lux. When she casted her E you could not see the spell at all, nothing leaving her character model. You could only see the blurry outline of the actual spell. There was no circle in the middle but you could still see the outline of the spell once it reached it's destination.

I do not know how to reproduce the issue and it has only happened this one time as far as I have seen.
