Gavixious, The Undead Warlord
Hello there. Unfortunately I am a horrible artist so I don't have any concept art to show off, however my imagined champion is a very hunched back skeletal humanoid (by reading the lore you might get a mental image). This is my first champion concept so if you like it please leave a comment or if you disliked it please leave a comment on why you disliked it.
Lore: A great commander under the tutoring of Swain, Gavixious was a glorious and well decorated commander in the Noxus army. Sion and him often sparred against each other before battles and Gavixious enjoyed combat very much, until the day he died. Swain had ordered him and his men on a scouting mission, however they where quickly ambushed by a legion of Demacia soldiers. Gavixious, exhausted and all of his men killed, fought off countless numbers of soldiers until there was only one left, the hero Xin Zhao. Although he fought Xin Zhao valiantly he was no match for him, not after the army he had to fight beforehand, so he fell. All that is known from him afterwards is that he awoke sometime in a prison on a shadowy island, the stuff of nightmares around every corner and torture every day, until the day he was able to get out. It was a long and torturous escape from the dungeon, he fell threw the bars and jumped into a canyon just to escape, however he was found by the warden and wiped with chains until he had learn't his lesson. After another year he tried again, and this time with a rusty katana and the tormented souls of all around him he was able to dual the warden to a standstill and as a reward he was aloud to leave. As he left he was presented with a silver ambulant from a hoofed man that towered over him. He hesitated to look at it, but when he did he was cornered by 4 men in dark robes. They offered him powers beyond his master, and his master before him, however Gavixious refused these powers with the intent of returning back to Swain and to continue fighting in the war. In response the men presented him with images; the first one of Swain drafting Gavixious's son into the war, the next of Swain burning the crops of his home town, the next of him poisoning our rain barrels with weird water killing his wife, and the final one was Swain walking into the League of Legends. There was now only one thing for Gavixious to do...

Passive--As We Ride-- Gavixious gains bonus movement speed that stacks up as we walks (maxing at 75 bonus movement speed). Once he enters combat all stacks begin depleting over the course of 6 seconds. Alternatively if he is hit by any Slow, Root, Snare, Stun or Silence all stacks will instantly be depleted and he will gain resistance (half of the stacks that were depleted transformed into that percentage of resistance. Example. if at 40 Stacks he will gain 20% resistance) to any Slow, Root, Snare, Stun or Silence for 0.5-->4.0 seconds (increasing per level).
[Q]--Infectious Bones-- Class: Linear Skill-shot Cooldown: 11.0/10.5/10.0/9.5/9.0 seconds Cost: 70/74/78/82/88 mana Range: 575 Gavixious rips out one of his bones and throws it dealing physical damage to the first enemy unit hit my it. The bone then bounces off its first target and travels (in the same direction that it was first launched in) for another 420-125 (decreasing depending on what distance the first target was struck at). When it lands it explodes in a radius of 120 and deals magic damage over time. If the bone is hit at its maximum range it does not bounce and only does the on-hit magic damage it would have done if it did bounce.

[W]--Hungering Strike-- Class: Self-Buff Cooldown: 21/20/19/18/17 seconds Cost: 100 health Range: 0 Passive: If Gavixious is around when an enemy minion, champion or tower is killed/destroyed he gains 5 stack of Hunger. If he deliverers the killing blow he instead gains 10 stacks of Hunger. These stacks max at increasing levels. Gavixious gains bonus armor and magic resist equal to half of the stacks of Hunger he currently has. Active: Gavixious gains a shield equal to the number of Hunger stacks he currently has + the number stacks he has from As We Ride, he also looses all stacks of Hunger. After 2 seconds the shield begins to decay at a rate of 50 hp worth of shield per second. After 2 seconds he may re-activate this ability to then have his shield immediately decay and gain bonus magic damage equal to half the shield that was destroyed from the second activation of this ability on his next auto attack and his range is increased to 210. If he kills a unit with this empowered auto attack the cooldown is reset. This ability's cooldown can only be reset this way once until it must go onto cooldown again. After 6 seconds of not reactivating the ability Hungering Strike goes on cooldown-6 seconds

[E]--Warzone-- Class: Engage Skillshot Cooldown: 20 seconds (this abilitys cooldown is not effected by any CDR stats) Cost: 95/105/115/125/135 mana Range: 1100 After a short channel (1.5-->0.5 seconds depending on champions level) Gavixious stands still and can chose to launch himself to a location within range dealing AOE physical damage to everyone in a 250 radius distance from where he landed, people caught in the center are rooted for 1.5 seconds while others are slowed by 20% for 1 second. He plants a flag down where he landed and applies an area of effect buff for himself entitled Warzone. The flag has hit point and if destroyed removes the Warzone effect. The Warzone AOE buff has an increasing duration. If a movement displacement ability is used on Gavixious when standing still before launching then the ability is stopped. If Gavixious does not chose to launch himself within 6 seconds after activating he gets 50/60/70/80/90 mana and Warzones Cooldown is refunded 35%. Warzone Attack Speed Buff: 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% Movement Speed Buff: 15%+Movement Speed% equal to his CDR (Example: if he had 30% CDR he will gain an additional 30% Movement Speed) Attack Damage Buff: +10/30/50/70/90 physical damage on hit + +5% AP of magic damage on-hit if attacking a champion who has recently hit the flag
Launch AOE Damage: 100%/110%/120%/130%/140% of Bonus AD as physical damage
[R]--Conquest-- Class: AOE Damage Ability Cooldown: 240 seconds Cost: Nothing Range: 800 Gavixious cries out in anger and becomes a pure soul. In this state he is invulnerable to all forms of CC and Damage (not including damages targeted to him before hand. Example: Karthus Ult, Zed Ult, Duskblade, esc.) and also gains 45% movement speed. This spirit form lasts 4.5 seconds. While in spirit form he also steals 10% of AD, AP, Armour, Magic Resist, Health, Mana, Attack Speed, Movement Speed and Health Regen from every enemy champion in the range around him over the course that he is in his spirit form and keeps them as hidden stacks. When he exits his spirit form he gains half of those stacks as buffs and takes 25% less damage from enemy champions and turrets however he has 0.75 tenacity (normal tenacity if within Warzone). After a short duration he losses all of those buffs and his stats revert to his base stats at that level as well he takes 150% damage from enemy champions and 175% damage from enemy towers. This de-buff lasts 10 seconds. All health and mana changes are done by changing his maximum health/mana and changing his current health/mana to remain at the same % of health/mana.
Duration of Buffs: 5/6.5/8 (if he kills an enemy champion this duration is increased by 1.2 seconds)
Voice: A deep, dead sounding voice: Taunt 1: "I was betrayed once, but not anymore!" Taunt 2: "Friends leave you once you become useless to them" Dance: He pulls out one of his arm bones and begins to play his rib-cage like a xylophone Laugh: A howl and a crackly screech
