[Champion Concept] DhaMa, The Force of Balance. By Rakoon Jesus
So I pressed "Best" as many others and saw these pretty nice drawings, damn those were good, and wondered: Why has noone made a kit for this champion yet? So I made this. Hoping for the best and are giving almost all credit to Rakoon Jesus for the beautiful champion!

Passive: The force of Balance: DhaMa consist of two parts, one which seeks out the most wounded ally in own sight, only allies below 60% health are target tho, granting them armor- and magic penentration equal to missing health in percent [max of 50% stacking with own penentration], and a slight speed buff if their health drops below 10% while the white part of DhaMa is assisting that ally. If no ally within the sight of DhaMa, the white one will assemble with the player-controlled. [Hitbox wont increase] The other one is the one that are controlled by the player.
I know on the picture theire just as big, but I will in this little write-off let the Black one be the player-controlled one and slightly bigger than the white.
Basic Attack: Little blue bold, slow in movement and are slightly lobbed as a Ziggs basic. Health: DhaMa consists of two parts, ach having 75% of DhaMa's total health. If one dies they're swapped and the dead one is assisting. W are then temporarily disabled. The one part that assists an ally are untargetable and invulnerable.
Q - Preventing Distortion: [Mana cost: 50/70/90/110/130/150, Range: 700, Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7/6] The noncontrolled part of DhaMa locks upon an enemy champion for three seconds. During the three seconds the target are Silenced if within 700 units of it. The target takes magic damage for: 40/80/120/160/200/240 [+40% AP] for each second the non-controlled are locked upon. Passive: DhaMa deals less damage on basics equal to targets missing health, with a minimum of 60% damage. This passive dont trigger on minions or monsters. Attack champions at 95% health and above, will let next ability deal 50% of the total damage as true damage. This "mark" lasts for five seconds. [This means as if E is the ability, all taunted damage taken will also count, and half of that will be converted to true damage.]

W - Compensate: [Mana cost: 70/100/130/160/190, Range: Up to 1200 units, Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9] (This ability can only be used if the non-controlled part arent adjected to the controlled part) The assisted ally are dashed to the controlled part of DhaMa and the controlled part and the non-controlled part are now swapped. This lasts until W are used again. {This might tho get confusing...} During the dash the ally heals for 5%->15% max health [depending on distance traveled] [+40 AP].
[Any self seeking abilities and auto attacks/basics will be cancelled and wont follow the dashed ally]
This ability can also be used for 50 mana cost when no allies are in the sight of the controlled part of DhaMa and they'll just swapp. This is great to prevent both part of diying. Cooldown if used this way: 4 sec.
E - Guiltive Solvation/Reversing Harm: [Mana cost: 75/125/175/225/275/325, Range: 1000 units, Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11/10] The controlled part of DhaMa turns the flow of the world, shooting a bolt of pure guilt. Dealing 50/100/150/200/250/300 [+60% AP]. The Morgana Q alike bolt flies for up to 1000 units, if an enemy is hit they will be marked with "Reversable Harm".
Reversing Harm: Activate again to let the marked champion take acro from everything besides DhaMa's allies champions in a radius of 400/425/450/475/500/525 units for 2 seconds. Minions stays in acro until slayed.
The Gathering: [Mana cost: 200, Range: Global, Cooldown: 100 seconds. This is only upgradeable one time.] Both parts of DhaMa reunites ifnt allready, and charges in two seconds while swirling within each other. While charging DhaMa moves 20% slower and cant be buffed movemently, absorbs evey enemy skillshot fired in a 1500 radius around him, are uninterruptable and takes 10->30% reduced damage based on missing health. When the gathering are finished all ally champions are summoned as close to DhaMa as possible, towards own Nexus and out of enemy sight. [uncluding wards and things as Kalistas ghost or whatever it is].
Passive, Rejecting Harm: When ever DhaMa is: Stunned/silenced/snared/surprised/taunted/pulled (basicly all hard CC/medium CC besides knock airbound, fear and slow) if this passive is up, the ability will be avoided and 0%->100% the damage DhaMa would have taken are dealt to the caster [based on the hitten part of DhaMa's missing health. If DhaMa is at or below 10% health and would have been killed by the skillshot the damage DhaMa would have taken are fully reflected]. 50/40/30 seconds cooldown at level 6, 11 and 16.
[A thing to note about how the gathering works: A little white lantern willpop up around the ally champion in a radius of 200 units [it will most likely pop up behind the ally, towards own Nexus]. If clicked the ally will be teleported to DhaMa. This can also be used as a kind of Thresh lantern, this is just global. The lantern only lasts for 2 seconds.]
#Changelog:
- Removed true damage on Ult passive if possibly killed by the skillshot.
- Added cap on passive. Before it was uncapped now it gives a max of 50% penentration.
- Longer cooldown on Ult passive. Before it was 40/30/20, now its 50/40/30 sec CD
- Removed the part in the ult that says that DhaMa can't move while charging. Now he just moves slightly slower with a debuff of 20% movement and added another debuff saying he cant increasy movement while charging
